Experience 

Zahid is a recognised specialist in immigration and human rights law, and provides a wealth

of knowledge and advice to both his clients and the community as a whole. He has been a

passionate advocate for human rights for many years, becoming involved in many different

refugee programmes.

Having previously worked for the Government Legal Department (previously known as the Treasury Solicitors) within the Litigation Group, Zahid is accustomed to working within tight deadlines, particularly with detained fast track and urgent judicial review challenges regarding removal directions or deportation arrangements.

Zahid over the years has become accustomed in providing advice and representation in general litigation, housing and family matters.

 

Aside from running a busy, successful legal practice, Zahid is a volunteer at his local community centre, the Welfare Association and runs free legal clinics to support local businesses and people.
